Some Illuminati victims are terrorized institutionalized by cult members who use telepathy.
Illuminati members increase brain wave activity and are able to talk directly into their head. The techniques used by Illuminati members is revolutionary to man because it defies gravity, laws and science.
Victims think audio is placed in spaces - homes, cars, restaurants, department stores - and it is not. The entire time a victim is being terrorized by Illuminati, most often they are using a form of telepathy.
"If we can pull a rat out of a human ear from another planet or plane, we have access to telepathy," states Robyn Burgess of Burgess Management.
