Juan Carlos says, "The rats that we see that Illuminati members put on people's bodies are horrifying. They are "real rats" that people cannot see because their brainwave frequency is turned down. This is why Illuminati refer to humans as slaves.
When another human being can control a human it is a form of prison. Illuminati has been imprisoning men on Earth since the beginning of time. Illuminati has utilized Illuminati shackles to keep their slaves in place. The rats are one form of chains.
Anyone who cannot see can not talk about or properly access what Illuminati can or cannot do. This is how patients are misdiagnosed. Physicians and therapists cannot see. Huge problem. Colossal. This is why all citizens need access to their bodies, including the Illuminati third eye, which they are denied. It goes against their constitutional rights. All men are not created equal and minorities are a target of Illuminati.
Illuminati members make their slaves throw rats on themselves by opening up their pores... through their hands, arm pits, posterior and other body parts an individual releases rats or any other life form. It is similar to what you see on television or the movies. Batman throws bats. Spiderman throws spiders. Illuminati throws rats and other other object or life form.
Since humans are preprogrammed, Illuminati programs individuals to believe or not to believe the act or illusion is actually happening. This is the problem with this society. Illuminati tells humans what is happening and then they are dumbed down to not believe the tradegedy is taking place. Anyone educated on Illuminati and their powers know what they are capable of.
