Activated Illuminati rats
When Illuminati members throw dormant rats on human bodies it is a crime. People who can see the rodents are afraid to report the crimes to the authorities because they cannot see. The authorities are not fully illuminated.
When the rats are activated to move on the slave they cause physical.
